荧光胃液分析系统对胃癌诊断的临床应用初步探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨荧光胃液分析系统对胃癌诊断的临床应用价值。方法应用专用胃液吸取器、专用诊断试剂收集881例胃良、恶性疾病患者胃液,用荧光胃液分析系统进行胃液荧光光谱检测。结果以ROC曲线最佳截断点KJF≥0.85为判别指标,诊断胃癌的灵敏度为81.5%,特异度为78.7%。假阳性率18.5%,假阴性率21.3%。结论荧光胃液分析系统对胃癌诊断是一种安全、有效、经济的方法。Objective The worthineas of clinic is probed into that is about the system of fluorescent analysis for gastric juice that is used for diagnosis of stomach cancer. Methods 881 gastric juice of stomach cancer patient and stomach no-cancer patient are collected by gastric juice inhalant. The fluorescent spectrum of gastric juice are surveyed by the system of fluorescent analysis for gastric juice. Results The standard value is 0.85 that is confirmed by ROC curve.The sensitivity of the diagnostic method for stomach cancer is 81.5%, the specificity is 78.7%, the diagnostic index is 160.2, the diagnostic availability is 0. 642, the false positive rate is 18.5 %, the false negative rate is 21.3 %. Conclusion The system of fluorescent analysis for gastric juice is a secure effective economical method for diagnoses of stomach cancer.
