摘 要:探讨企业在准备实施或在实施逆向物流过程中遇到的阻碍因素的结构模型.针对现有的模型仅分析部分或单个因素造成在理解和处理这些阻碍因素时缺乏总体观的问题,以解释结构建模(ISM)为分析工具,对驱动型、独立型、依赖型、关联型等阻碍因素进行了系统的分析.建立起阻碍企业实施逆向物流各要素间的结构模型.该模型可以看出逆向物流过程中的主要因素,以及各因素之间的相互依赖关系.在逆向物流的决策和实施方面,为企业提供科学的依据.The aim of this article is to analyze the interaction among the major barriers, which hinder or prevent the application of reverse logistics. Existing models have so focused on diagnosing these barriers independently that a lack of holistic view in understanding the barriers has occured. Base on this reason, the Interpretive Structural Modeling(iSM) methodology is utilized to understand the mutual influences among the barriers so that those driving barriers, which can aggravate a few more barriers and those dependent barriers, which are most influenced by driving barriers ,are identified. By analyzing the barriers, the crucial barriers are extracted that hinder the reverse logistics activities. It can be observed that there are some barriers, which have both high driving power and dependency, thus need more attention. Namely, there are four clusters of the hindering elements,the autonomous elements, the dependent elements,the linkage elements and the driving elements. This can provide some managerial insights and scientific basis into practice.
