阳钙宝对实验性骨质疏松大鼠股骨和血清碱性磷酸酶及钙 磷的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察阳钙宝对实验性骨质疏松模型大鼠的防治作用。方法:选雌性大鼠摘除双侧卵巢造成骨质疏松模型。同时给大鼠阳钙宝4、2、1g/kg,连续灌胃给药3个月,测定大鼠股骨密质和松质部骨小梁以及血清碱性磷酸酶和钙、磷的变化。结果:阳钙宝4、2g/kg能增加去卵巢性骨质疏松模型大鼠股骨密质厚度和松质部骨小梁的宽度,升高血清碱性磷酸酶活性,与对照组比P<0.05;但对血清钙、磷影响不明显,与对照组比P>0.05。结论:阳钙宝对实验性骨质疏松模型大鼠股骨密质和骨小梁有保护作用,升高血清碱性磷酸酶活性,可能是其作用机制之一,为阳钙宝治疗骨质疏松症提供了实验依据。Objective： Studying the function of YangGaiBao on osteoperosis rats. Methods： Female osteoperosis rats were induced by extracting both ovary. Then the rats were respectively treated with YangGaiBac 4、2、1g/kg for 3months. After treatment, the rats were executed to analyze the decortication,trabotdar and serum alkaline phosphataze、Ca、P. Results： YangGaiBao（dose 4. 2g/kg） could increase the thickness of decortication and the breadth of traboular on esteoperosis rots, increase the activity of al- kaline phesphatase, comparing to the control group, P 〈0.05. But there are no obviously influence on serum Ca and P, comparing to the control group, P 〈0.05. Conclusions： YangGaiBao could increase the activity of alkaline phesphataze, this is one of the mechani＇sm of protecting the esteopovosis rats＇dtecortication and traboular. Above results afforded the experimental foundation of YangGaiBao on esteoperosis rats
