摘　　要：基于高性能船舶营运的特殊性，决定了它在结构防火和安全设备配置方面与常规船舶有着不尽相同的要求。为防止船舶发生火灾等海难事故，应从预防、抑制、逃生这三者出发，形成系统的确保船舶与人员安全的措施。文章综述了ＩＭＯ《国际高速船安全规则》等规则、规范的要求；结构防火、各种消防设备和逃生设备的配置。The special operation form of the high performance ships beside special and different requirements on its structural fire protection and safety equipment selection from that of conventional ships.Protection countermeasures shall be taken on three basis of prevention,prohibiting and escaping,and adoption of such countermeasure equipment is discussed in the paper together with rules and regulation requirements.
