中密度纤维板表面吸收的初步研究

摘　　要：介绍欧洲中密度纤维板表面吸收的试验方法。用正文试验法研究了板子密度、表面光洁度和砂光方向对中密度纤维板表面吸收的影响。研究结果表明：密度和表面光洁度对表面吸收性能有较显著的影响，板子砂光方向的影响不显著。并提出改善ＭＤＦ表面质量的方法。Abstract This paper introduccs a test method of surface absorption of medium density fiberboard(MDF)in Europe. The effectof the density,surface finish and sanding direction on the surface absorption of MDF was investigated with the orthogonal experi-ment.The results showed that the desity and surface rinish had significant effect on the proporties of the surface absorption,the ef-fect of the sanding direction was not so significant. And the method of improving surface quality of MDF is given.
