中密度纤维板管道与搅拌联合施胶新工艺的试验研究

摘　　要：在中密度纤维板生产过程中，采用管道与搅拌联合施胶新工艺，可以有效地解决产品表面存在的胶斑问题。试验表明，管道施胶部分比例达到４５％～５５％可以取得预期的效果，产品力学性能并有所提高，胶耗量比传统的管道施胶明显减少。Abstract During the MDF production,adopting the new gluing technology of combination of blow-line with agitation can effec-tively solve the problem of glue spots on the surface of board.The experiment shows that when the proportion of blow-line blendingreaches 45%～55%,a desired result can be achieved.The mechnical property of the product can be improved while gluc consumptionis distinctly rcduced than the traditional blow-line blending.
