摘　　要：资金是企业发展的动力。目前民营企业在筹资方面遇到了障碍,资金问题成为民营企业发展的瓶颈。本文通过对几条传统融资渠道的优劣势分析及对融资租赁的优势分析,提出了民营企业可以运用融资租赁进行筹资,从而破解企业融资难的问题。Capital is the drive of the development of enterprises. Nowadays private enterprises are encountering obstacles in capital collecting. The issue of capital has become the bottleneck of the private enterprises. Through the comparison of the different financing channels and the analysis of advantages of financing lease, this article puts forward the solution to financing problem as long as the private enterprises utilize financing lease to collect capital.
