摘 要:本文采用离子交换色谱法和凝胶过滤色谱法对三种方案的葡萄糖还原铬鞣液浸酸铬循环废液进行了研究。结果表明:同一方案的循环过程在本质上并未影响铬络物的电荷和分子量分布,但不同方案也存在一些差异;铬鞣废液加酸放置后用于浸酸或加热到60~70℃用于鞣制后期对鼓内浴液提温都是可行的。Three schemes of glucosed-reduced chrome tan Liquor recycling in pickling-tanning sys tem were studied by means of IEC and GRC methods. It was found that the recycling process did not essentilly affect the distribution of charges and molecular sizes of chromium complexes in the same scheme, but a little differences existed between the three schemes. The results showed that the scheme Ⅲ is the best, and the scheme Ⅱ is better. The results also showed that the acidified and aged used chrome tan liquor was used successfully in pickling, and that, with addition of part of hot used chrome liquor previously heated to 60 ̄70℃ to the tanning bath can aviod the increase of bath volume in the recycling process.
