阈下量倍频固体激光对年龄相关性黄斑变性的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨阈下量倍频固体激光治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性(ARMD)的方法和疗效。方法对患年龄相关性黄斑变性的30例(32只眼)病人,应用倍频(532 nm)固体激光治疗,术后随访,对比治疗前后视力、眼底及眼底血管荧光造影(FFA)变化。结果本组视力提高16只眼(50.0%),视力稳定12只眼(37.5%),视力下降4只眼(12.5%)。术后FFA显示视网膜渗出吸收及脉络膜新生血管消失20只眼(62.5%),无变化8只眼(25.0%),络膜新生血管复发4只眼(12.5%)。结论倍频固体激光治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性具有高度安全性,能够治疗其并发症,并能阻止和延缓其视力下降。Objective To investigate the method and efficacy of frequency multiplier （532 nm） solid laser （FMSL） in the treatment of age related macular degeneration （ARMD）. Methods Thirty-two eyes of 30 cases with ARMD were treated with FMSI,, and a follow-up was carried out. The eyesight, eyeground and changes of fluorescein fundus angiography （FFA） were compared before and after the treatment. Results Eyesight improved in 16 eyes （50.0%）, remained stable in 12 （37.5%）, and descended in four （12.5%）. Postoperative FFA showed that retina effusion absorption and CNV disappearance occurred in 20 eyes （62.5%）, unchanged in eight （25.0%）, and CNV recrudesce in four （12.5 %）. Conclusion Frequency multiplier solid laser is safe for age related macular degeneration in the treatment of its complications and to prevent or defer failing eyesight.
