摘　　要：目的观察和比较三氧化二砷(As2O3)和O-(氯乙酰甲酰)夫马菌素醇(TNP-470)对鸡胚尿囊膜(CAM)血管生成的抑制作用。方法100只鸡胚(7日龄)随机分为四组As2O3联合TNP-470组、As2O3组、TNP-470组、生理盐水(NS)对照组,以甲基纤维素作为载体,加药孵育后观察药物对血管生成的影响。结果与NS对照组比较,As2O3和TNP-470均有显著抑制CAM血管生成作用(P<0·001),且联合组的抑制作用强于单药组(P<0·05)。结论As2O3和TNP-470对CAM血管生成均有明显的抑制作用,两药联合应用有协同增效作用。Objective：To observe and compare the effects of anti-angiogenesis in CAM between As2O3 and TNP-470. Methods：One hundred well-developed eggs were divided into four groups of twenty-five for each group.. As2O3 combining TNP-470, As2O3, TNP-470, NS control group（ n = 25 ）, with methyl cellulose discs as carriers,which were incubated together, observed the inbibitive effects of angiogenesis in CAM. Results： To compare NS group, there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 001 ） among groups of As2O3 and TNP-470, which inhibited the angiogenesis of CAM. There was an obvious difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） between the combination drug group and single drug groups. Conclusion： It is also a positive cooperation for As2O3 and TNP-470 against angiogenesis in CAM, and the combination drug group is more effective in antiangiogenesis in CAM.
