摘　　要：前列腺癌的发病率在全球范围内呈上升趋势,能够在癌症的早期阶段就做出诊断对于提高肿瘤的治疗效果十分有益。近年来对前列腺癌诊断方法的研究进展迅速,并出现了以尿液作为检测样本的多种诊断方法,从而极大提高了前列腺癌诊断的特异性与灵敏度,本文就存在于尿液中的前列腺癌的诊断指标作一综述。Prostate cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer in the Western male population and the second leading cause of cancer mortality. Recently many new methods are used to detect the tumor, some of which use the urine as the sample. The biomarkers in the urine will possibly improve the sensitivity and specificity to aid in prostate cancer detection.
