增稠剂PSL的合成及在涂料印花中的应用

摘　　要：以聚乙烯醇为胶体保护剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用无皂乳液聚合法以制备增稠剂PSL。分析了PVA用量和交联剂用量对增稠效果的影响,测试了不同转速下增稠剂的流变性,并将其用于涂料印花,结果表明,印制的织物有良好的色牢度和花型轮廓清晰度。Thickener PSL was prepared by non-soap emulsion polymerization using the polyvinyl alcohol as the dispersant ana protective colloid and N, N＇-methylene-bis-（acrylamide） as cross linking agent. The influence of dosages of both polyvinyl alcohol and cross linking agent to thickening effect was analyzed. The theological property of thickening agent under different rotary speed was tested. After pigment printing with thickening agent PSL, the fabric has good color fastness and excellent pattern definition,
