胚胎胸腺组织移植加肝动脉插管化疗治疗晚期肝癌16例报告

摘　　要：自１９９０年７月至１９９４年７月，我们为１６例晚期肝癌施行了胚胎胸腺组织移植加肝动脉插管化疗术。结果明显减轻临床症状，改善生存质量和生化免疫指标，使癌肿缩小，生存期延长。与对照组比较，对癌肿缩小优于胚胎胸腺组织移植组；对减轻临床症状、改善生化免疫指标、提高生活质量优于肝动脉插管化疗组；对生存期延长优于两个对照组。From July,1990 to July,1994,the therapy of combining embryo thymus transplatation with chemotherapy through hepatic artery was used in the treatment of 16 patients with advanced primary hepatic carcinoma in our hospital. The result showed that the therapy relieved the patients'clinic symptomes,improved the patients'survival quality and biochemical and immunological functions,shrinked the tumors and prolonged the patients'lives.Comppared with the control group,this combined therapy was superior to both the single therapy of embryo thymus transplatation in shrinking the tumor,and the single therapy of chemotherapy through hepatic artery in relieving clinical symptomes,improving biochemical and immunological functions and survival quality.It was superior to either therapy in prolonging the patients'survival time.
