激光手术治疗头颈部血管瘤

摘　　要：应用ＣＯ２激光气化及ＮｄＹＡＧ激光凝固方法，治疗头颈部毛细血管瘤及海绵状血管瘤３１例。治疗后随访２～４年，疗效满意。与传统治疗方法比较，具有治疗后反应轻，对周围组织损伤小，不影响功能及皮肤、粘膜外形等优点，是治疗头颈部血管瘤的首先方法。Thirty one patients with hemangiomas of the head and neck(22 cases of capillary hemangiomas and 9 cases of cavernous hemangiomas)were treated by laser.The capillary hemangiomas was gasificated by the CO2 laser and the cavernous hemangiomas was photocagulated by the Nd. YAG laser.Follow-up study these patients was made from 2 to 4 years with an excellent result.Compared with the traditional methods,the laser method brings anout less complications.The data suggest that this procedure be a good method for the treatment of hemangiomas.
