摘　　要：学生的品德虽表现于言行,但有其内在的动机、情感和意志,并具有一定的规律性和稳定性。运用层次分析和模糊优化算法量化这些隐藏的规律性,对科学了解和管理学生作了有益的偿试,为学生的思想品德教育提供一种科学而又高效的方法。Students＇ ideology and moral is represented in their behavior, but in fact it reveals their internal motivation,feeling, volition. It has orderliness and stability. In this paper, we adopt the fuzzy optimization and the Analyticl Hierarchy Process to quantitate these hidden ordeliness, and make a useful endeavor towards the scientific understanding and management of students, which also provides a scientific and highly efficient method for the instruction of students＇ moral and ideology in the daily work for teachers.
