摘　　要：该文着重对高校大型仪器设备的使用和管理现状进行了深入的探讨，并对如何提高高校大型仪器设备的利用率和使用效益，提出了几点建议和改进措施。This article emphatically discussed the present situation about the use and the management of the largescale instruments thoroughly and offered several proposals and improvement measures about how to enhance the utilization ratio and the use efficiency of large- scale instruments in university.
