摘　　要：企业的核心能力是企业发展多角化的前提条件。企业在多角化经营选择时,是以企业利润最大化为目的来寻求企业资源的最优配置的动态搜寻与匹配的过程。企业应根据多角化的时机、程度、范围来选择合适的发展道路,而不应该盲目跟从。The core competence of enterprises is the precondition of diversified development of enterprises. When the enterprise chooses in diversified management, it is dynamic seeking and compatible course of looking for optimum dispose of enterprise resource by aim of maximization of enterprise profit. Enterprises should operate on the basis of opportunity, intensity and range of diversification, not follow blindly.
