摘　　要：目的探讨顺铂胸腔注入联合异长春花碱和顺铂(NP方案)治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的治疗效果。方法115例患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例采用顺铂100 mg一次性胸腔注入同时采用NP方案静脉化疗。对照组55例单纯胸腔积液引流+NP方案静脉应用。结果治疗组有效率为90%,对照组有效率为75%,两组有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论顺铂胸腔注入联合NP方案化疗治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液可以提高疗效并且对身体损伤较小。Objective To study the clinical effect and toxicity of malignant pleural effusions. Methods 115 patients were divided into two groups： 60 patients were treated with intrapleural injection of Cisplatin combined with NP regimen adjuvant chemotherapy, 55 patients were treated with drainage combined with NP. Results The effective rates in treatment group and control group were 90 % and 64% respectively. The difference was significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The results show that intrapleural injection of Cisplatin combined with NP regimen adjuvant chemotherapy can be regarded as an effective method on malignant pleural effusions.
