培养妇产科专病护士的实践与探讨

摘　　要：探讨妇产科专病护士在护理工作中的作用。为适应医疗发展和病人对护理专业服务的需求,不断提高专科护理的内涵质量,在整体护理模式病房选择4位护理骨干担任子宫肌瘤、异位妊娠、妊娠高血压综合征和正常分娩专病护士,收到明显效果。培养专病护士满足了病人较高的服务需求,提高了护理人员专业素质和护理质量,促进了专科护理的发展。To study the effect of nursing special of obstetrics and gynecology in order to meet the need of medical development and nursing services ,and to improve the quality of specific nursing. There are four nurses were selected as the nursing specialist who are in charge of hysteromyoma,ectopic pregnancy, gestational hypertension,and normal delivery in the ward. It showed a good result. Training the clinical nurse specialist not only helps to meet the patients＇ needs but also to improve the nurses＇ profession and the quality of nursing,and to promote the development of specific nursing.
