上海市徐汇区中学生上网对精神健康影响的调查

摘　　要：[目的]研究上海市徐汇区中学生上网情况及对其精神健康的影响。[方法]采用二阶段抽样方法抽取非毕业班中学生2 500名进行问卷调查。[结果]网络成瘾者93人,占4.1%,上网成瘾、上网不成瘾和从不上网3组人群,其自我和谐、焦虑、沮丧三因子在有无心理障碍方面的差异存在显著性。[结论]中学生网络成瘾对中学生心理和精神健康有较大的影响。[ Objective] To study the effect of internet access in middle school students to their spiritual health in Xuhui district Shanghai. [ Methods] 2,500 middle school students were selected by two steps sampling method to answer a questionnaire. [ Results] 93 students suffered from internet addiction disorders （ lAD ） which accounted for g. 08% of all the students investigated. Three groups of students with IAD, non -IAD and without internet access showed significant difference on the harmonious,anxiety and depression factors. [ Conclusion] The internet addiction disorders has a considerable effect on psychology and spiritual health of middle school students.
