摘 要:建立了气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定猪肉中莱克多巴胺残留的方法.用乙腈提取试样中的莱克多巴胺,经SLH固相萃取柱净化,氮气吹干,衍生化后进行气相色谱-质谱法测定.猪肉中莱克多巴胺的检出限为0.5μg/kg,定量限为2.0μg/kg.溶液中莱克多巴胺浓度在0.02~1.0μg/mL范围内,峰面积与之呈良好的线性关系.平均回收率在81.4%以上,批内相对标准偏差小于8.4%.In this paper, a new Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS)method for determination of ractopamine residues in swine muscle was reported. The drug was extracted with acetonitrile from muscle. The extraction was evaporated (40℃) and residue was dissolved in ethyl acetate, purified by passing through SLH solid-phase extraction (SPE) cartridges. The elution was evaporated by nitrogen blow and derivatizated with BSTFA, and then assayed by GC-MS. The limit of detection (LOD) was 0.5 μg/kg, and the limit of quantitation (LOQ) was 2.0 μg/kg. The calibration curve was linear between 0.02 μg/mL and 1.0 μg/mL for ractopamine. Recovery of ractopamine was above 81.4%, and intra-relative standard deviation (n = 5) were less than 8.4%.
