摘　　要：目的探讨半骨盆切除加人工半骨盆置换保肢治疗骨盆肿瘤的手术适应征、疗效及术后并发症的处理。方法对2例骨盆肿瘤患者采用半骨盆切除加人工半骨盆置换保肢治疗,观察人工半骨盆置换的效果。结果2例中1例成功,可扶拐做家务劳动;1例失败,最终行髂股离断术。结论半骨盆切除加人工半骨盆置换保肢治疗骨盆肿瘤恢复了骨盆的解剖形态,可获得满意的肢体长度和外形,具有良好的效果。Objective To assess the indications, the curative effect and the management of complications in the hemipelvic resection and the artificial hemipelvic displacement for the pelvic tumor. Methods The clinical data of the hemipelvic resection and the artificial hemipelvic displacement for the pelvic tumor was analyzed retrospectively. Results The hemipelvic resection and the artificial hemipelvic displacement was performed in 2 patients, and the curative effect was followed - up. One patient was successful and can do the housework with crutches. The other was fail and finally ilio- femoral amputation was performed. Conclusion The operation for the pelvic tumor can reconstruct the pelvicring, and achieved good results.
