摘  要:目的:颅内脂肪瘤MRI特征性的信号表现及位置的中线性说明MRI对诊断具有重要意义。材料与方法:对16例MRI诊断的颅内脂肪瘤进行回顾性分析总结。全部病例临床表现无特异性,均用Philips0.5T-Ⅱ型超导磁共振机采用自旋回波序列(SE)进行扫描,T1加权像TR=500~520/TE=25,T2加权像TR=2273/TE=90,距阵256×256,行横轴、矢状及冠状位扫描,就其信号表现及颅内位置进行分析总结。结果:16例颅内脂肪瘤在T1像及质子密度像均呈特征性的短T1高信号,在T2像呈脂肪抑制的灰色信号,与皮下脂肪及球后脂肪信号相同。其中14例居颅内中线位置。Objective: MRI is important to diagnose the intracranial lipoma which shown the characteristic signal and special positions.Materials and Methods: 16 cases intracranial lipoma which diagnosed by MRI were retrospectively analysed.All of them have no specificity in clinical. Philip T5 Ⅱ super conductor magnetic resonance imaging system and spin echo sequences was used. T 1W: TR/TE 500/25; T 2W: TR/TE 2273/90. Matrix 256×256. We analyse the signal and position.Results: 16 cases intracranial lipoma shown on MRI were high intensity on both T 1W and proton, shown fat suppression gray signal in T 2W, similar to that of orbital and subcutaneous fat mass. 14 cases was positioned near middle line.Conclusion: MRI can be regarded as the best method for diagnose intracranial lipoma.
