上颌窦底提升加植骨及同期种植术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:解决上颌后牙缺牙区因骨量不足无法种植修复的临床问题。方法:对13例患者采用上颌窦底提升加植骨及同期种植术,术后第1d或19d拆线时、1个月、3个月、6个月复查X线片,检查牙槽嵴顶至上颌窦底的高度、上颌窦有无炎症和种植体周围骨的生长稳定情况。结果:依据改良AlbrektssonT的标准,所有病例成功率为100%。结论:上颌窦底提升加植骨及同期种植术是解决上颌后牙缺牙区骨量不足、种植困难的有效方法。Objective：To find clinical solution of maxilla posterior undentition without enough hone for implantation. Methods ： Data of 13 patients with maxilla posterior undentition were gathered for this study. Sinus lift accompanying bone graft and implantation were done at the same appointment. The height of alveolar ridge to the floor of maxilla sinus was measured after operation by X - ray at intervals of the second day, the 10th day, I month, the 3rd and 6th for examining if there should be any inflammation in the sinus and evaluating the stability of os- seous integration. Results： All the 13 cases got a round recovery in terms of the standard of modified Albretsson. Conclusion ： Sinus lift accompanying bone graft supplement implantation at the same appointment is effective to solve the clinical problem of maxilla posterior undentition with bone insufficiency.
