摘　　要：观察肝素与内皮细胞生长因子（ＥｎｄｏｔｈｅｌｉａｌｃｅｌｌＧｒｏｗｔｈＦａｃｔｏｒ。ＥＣＧＦ）的分离、生物活性及促创伤愈合作用的相关性。结果表明：用肝素亲和层析分离ＥＣＧＦ纯度高、产量多；肝素可使ＥＣＧＦ生物活性增加；另外，在动物实验中，肝素与ＥＣＧＦ合用可使创伤提前愈合。ndothelial cell growth factor(ECGF)derived from bovine brain was purified by the heparin affini-ty chromatography. Heparin potentiated the biological activity of ECGF. The biological activity ofECGF in HUVEC could be approximately 2.5 times as large as the control. Results of wound healing inrat models suggested that haparin could accelerate significantly the bioactivity of ECGF. The amount ofcapillary endothelial cells and fibroblast cells in granular tissue was markedly increased.
