摘　　要：简述人工晶状体个性化选择的定义及进行人工晶状体个性化选择的基本原则。举例说明对不同类型患者选择不同类型人工晶状体的重要性。强调在人工晶状体选择上保证获得最佳术后效果和患者的最佳满意程度是我们共同的责任。Definition and basic principle of customizing intraocular lens choice are described.
