摘  要:通过16Mn钢落锤试样在系列温度下的静载弯曲试验,发现其断裂行为与脆性堆焊焊道及热影响区的存在无关,用于做静态三点弯曲试验的落锤试样表现出与母材相同的冷脆转变特性。落锤试样的堆焊焊道相当于对试样引入一个动态裂缝。文中提出,NDTT实质是在动载条件下材料冷脆特征温度的反映,若以NDTT做为设计指标,则偏于安全。The fracture behavior of the drop-weight specimens for 16Mn steel in slow ending at a series of temperatures were investigated,which is not affected by both the weld seam and the HAZ (heated-affect-zone).The results showed that the fracture load of the drop-weight specimens in three-point slow bending takes a steep transition at the characteristic transition temperature of brittleness of the parent metal.Therefore the weld seam of the drop-weight specimens is equivalent to dynamic crack and then we come to the conclusion that the nature of NDTT characterizes the characteristic transition temperature of brittleness in dynamic loading conditions.If NDTT was in design then particular safety was stressed.
