摘　　要：本文从企业信息化绩效评价的实际需求出发,在深入研究现存理论和方法的基础上,以平衡记分卡(BSC)理论为基础,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重,建立出适合于信息化背景的企业绩效评价指标体系,并以哈尔滨锅炉厂有限责任公司为实例进行了验证说明。This paper was conceived from the actual demand of enterprise informatization based on the existent theories and methods. On the basis of BSC theory, we used AHP to confirm the weight of variables which building the system of the performance evaluation in the informatization situation. At the end of this paper, we took the Harbin Boiler - making limited company as the example to validate this system.
