摘　　要：基于Internet,针对系统应用的主动性和动态模糊性特点,将动态模糊逻辑技术和专家系统技术引入到分布式主动数据库中,提出了一种基于Internet的动态模糊主动专家数据库系统模型,并对其系统结构及关键技术做了深入的研究。最后,将该模型应用于银行的客户信用评估系统中,其运行结果证明了该模型的有效性和科学性。Based on Interact, according to the characters of activity and dynamic fuzzy in application system, dynamic fuzzy logic （DFL） technique and expert system technique were introduced into the distributed and active database system. A model of dynamic fuzzy and active expert database system based on Internet was presented. Structure and key techniques of the model were researched deeply. Finally, the model was applied to the design and implementation of a credit evaluation system of bank client. The result shows that the model is more efficient and scientific than traditional active database system.
