摘 要:随着科学技术的迅速发展,新材料新技术的不断应用,履带车辆传动系统从结构、要素和功能上都日趋复杂化、系统化,其更新换代的周期也日益见短。因此,采用先进的系统建模思想和仿真手段对车辆的性能进行分析与仿真对新型传动系统的开发和现有装备的改造都有着十分重要的意义。基于某小型电机的输出特性试验结果,运用模块化建模的思想建立了零差速电传动履带车辆的系统模型,并在MATLAB/Simulink下建立了整车动态系统仿真模型。然后,参考原车的试验条件,对采用零差速电传动方案改造后的虚拟样车的加速性能进行了仿真,并与原车机械传动的试验数据进行了对比,其结果表明采用零差速电传动方案可以大大提高车辆的加速性能。With the development of science and technology and the application of new material and technology, the configuration, elements and functions of tracked vehicle driveline become increasingly complex and systemic. So it is very important that the capacity of a vehicle is analysed and simulated before it is designed or retrofitted. The mathematical models for single motor crossdrive electric transmission were developed based on the test data of output-torque of a smaller motor, and the system dynamical simulation model was finished in MATLAB/Simulink. Then the accelerating capacity of a virtual retrofitted electric drive vehicle was simulated. Also, the simulation results were compared with the test data of the original vehicle. The comparison result shows that the accelerating ability of the electric transmission vehicle is much better than the original ones.
