摘　　要：三峡库区人地矛盾尖锐,经济发展水平低,农村生态环境问题严重。从长期看,构建农村生态和谐必须进行工业化和城市化;从短期看,必须立足于农业自身的发展。政府应采取和推广保护性耕作、使用沼气等措施,促进农业和农村的发展。In the reservoir area, there are acute contradictions between more population and less land, backward economy and serious problems of the rural ecological environment. To construct eco-harmony in the countryside, we must push forward industrialization and urbanization in the long run, and develop agriculture itself in the short run. The government must take measures, such as popularizing productive cultivation, using mash gas etc. to promote the development of agriculture and the countryside.
