摘 要:目的探讨团体辅导对职业技术院校学生心理素质的作用。方法以心理健康测查表(PHI)任意2项得分≥70分为筛选标准,筛查出57名学生为研究对象,其中17名自愿参加团体辅导的学生为实验组,接受为期8周的团体辅导;其余40名未参加团体辅导的学生为对照组,参加活动前后分别填写心理健康测查表和卡特尔16种人格因素问卷(16-PF)。结果实验组学生在经过团体心理辅导后,PHI量表显示,其抑郁、焦虑、疑心、病态人格、脱离现实5个分量表分有明显的降低,辅导前后得分差异有显著性(P<0.01);16-PF显示,其稳定性、世故性、自律性的得分增高,而怀疑性、忧虑性、紧张性、独立性4个因子得分降低,且差异具有显著性(P<0.05);且16-PF次元因素中,在适应与焦虑型、感情用事与安详机警型、心理健康及专业有成就4个方面有显著性差异的变化(P<0.01),而对照组学生差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论团体辅导对职业技术学院学生的人格发展和心理素质有一定的促进作用,是心理健康教育的有效方式。Objective To explore the influence of Group Counseling on psychological health of Vocational College Students. Methods: 57 Vocational College Students were selected by the standard of PHI (PHI≥70) among whom 17 students joined in the experiment group voluntarily and accepted Group Counseling lasting 8 weeks. And the other 40 students who were not able to or not ought to attend the group counseling were considered control groups. PHI and 16-PF tests were done before and after group counseling. Results After the group counseling, the PHI clinic scores of DEP, ANX, PSD, UNR decreased obviously in the experiment group (P〈0.01), the 16-PF factor scores of stability, sophistication selbdiscipline increased, but that of suspicion, worry, strain, independence decreased. And the four 16-PF factors have been changed obviously and differently (P〈0. 01). But the students of the control group had not these changes during the same time-scale. Conclusion Group Counseling, which is a valid way to improve the mental health education, can promote the personality development of vocational college students and their mental characters.
