摘　　要：通过对新形势下高校大学生党建工作重要性和特点的分析,提出了建立以党建带团建,用团建助党建的有效运行机制,建立以业余党校、团校为阵地,落实党员责任区等党建工作的新途径,提出进一步完善党建教育的内容和方法,充分发挥党员的先锋模范作用,加强党的系统理论等党建基本策略。是对新时期高校学生党建工作的有益探讨。to the analysis of the university students＇ party construction＇s importance and characteristics in new situation, the article puts forward that we should set up an effective eperational system, in which party construction provides impetus for league construction; and league construction helps party construction. And we should set up sparetime party schools and league schools, carry out party member＇ s duty area and scane new approaches of party construction work. We should perfect the contents and methods of party construction and give full play to pioneer model role of party members and strengthen systematical theory of basic policy on party construction. That is an instructive discussion for university students＇ party construction work in new situation.
