摘　　要：五四新文化运动中后期,在思想界,不管是文化保守主义者,还是文化激进主义者都兴起了一股批判西方资本主义文明的浪潮,这就给马克思列宁主义的传播以及它与中国高涨的工人运动相结合营造了良好的历史契机。中国共产党于是就应运而生了,这也是历史的必然。From the middle and late era of ＂5·4＂ New Culture Movement, conservatives and radicals took action to criticize the West civilization in thought circles, which led to a good historic chance for propagating Marxism ＆ Leninism and integrating them with labor movement of China, as a result, the Communist Party of China was founded, which had historic inevitability
