摘　　要：现代远程教育及其发展状况是研究现代远程教育管理模式的前提,管理模式的系统构成是现代远程教育管理的理论依托,政府对现代远程教育的规划管理与各种实际运行的管理模式是现代远程教育管理模式的两个基本层面。现代远程教育还处在初步发展的阶段,仍需要对现代远程教育的管理模式进行深入思考。The modern distance education and it＇ s status of development are the precondition of researching on the management mode of modern distance education, and the system constitution of management mode is the theority foundation of the modern distance education.The civil planning and management and various practiacal management mode constitute the two basic aspects of this management mode. Because the modern distance education is still in the stage of initial development, we need to think deeply of its management mode.
