摘　　要：分析了新时期、新形势下本科生参加横向科研项目的作用和意义,分析了横向科研项目的特点,指出了本科生参加横向科研项目的可行性和好处,分析了实现这一目标要存在的问题和难题,提出了实现这一目标的方法和应采取的措施。Values and significance of university students＇ participating in scientific research projects consigned by enterprises under new time are analyzed. Characteristics of scientific research projects consigned by enterprise are described from standing point of ordinary university teaching. At the same time feasibili- ties and advantages of university students participating in scientific research projects consigned by enterprises are pointed out. Problems and difficulties resulting from implementation of this policy are given out, and then feasible methods and measures to realize the policy are represented.
