摘　　要：运用机器视觉的相关理论,综合了图像处理、特征提取及模式识别等技术,以VC++6.0作为开发平台,并嵌入了Matlab与VC的接口技术,利用计算机实现理论算法的程序化,对卡车驾驶室总成中标识符进行自动检测与识别,最终实现了对卡车驾驶室总成型号的机器自动识别。实践证明,该方法具有一定的快速性和实用性。The related theories of computer vision such as digital image processing, feature extraction, pattern recognition and so forth are applied to inspect and recognize the identifiers in automobile cab assembly. The soft system has based on VC＋＋ development table to control local I/O and interrupt by using virtual facility program design. The paper also applies Matlab and VC interface to realize administration. It has proved that the auto-inspection system is fast and practical.
