摘  要:两个在成株与种粒都抗大豆花叶病毒品种(系)东农81-43,铁6915(东农)与4个都感的品种东农79-9,合丰25,丰收12与天北白目在1990年配制11个组合。1992年同时在网室与红兴隆田间种植11个杂交组合的P_1、P_2、F_1、F_2、F_3五个世代。试验结果证明了大豆成株与籽粒抗性是由不同基因控制的。东农81-43的成株抗性基因与籽粒抗性基因不在同一条染色体上;铁6915(东农)的成株抗性与籽粒抗性基因在同条染色体上,连锁值为26.3±8.5%。东农81-43与铁6915(东农)的抗种粒斑驳基因不是等位的。东农81-43与铁6915(东农)所携带的抗SMV 1号株系的种粒斑驳基因分别为I_(D1)与I_(T1)。各个家系对两个SMV株系的种粒抗性反应的结果表明,抗不同株系种粒斑驳的基因是不同的。I_(T1)与I_(T3)不在同一条染色体上。Two soybean strains (Dongnong 81-43) and Tie 6915 (D. N) Which were resistant to seedcoat mottling and adult Plants sympton of SMV disease were crosed with four soybean strains (Hefeng 25, Fengsou 12. Dongnong 79-9 and Tianbei bai mu) which were susceptible to seedcoat mottling and adult plant sympton under the certain strain of SMV. to get 11 crosses in 1990.The P1, P2, F1, F2, F3 and BC1 of 11 crosses were Planted both in the neted house and the field at HongXinglong in 1992, The results showed that both the adult plant resistant and the seedcoat mottling resistant were controlled by different genes. The resistant genes of both the adult plant sympton and the seedcoat in Dongnong 81-43 did not exist on same chromsome. But those in Tie 6915's were on same chromsome and the linkage value respectively was estimated to be 26. 8 ± 8. 5%. When inoculated with SMV strain No. 1, the resistance to seedcoat mottling of DongNong 81-43 was due to a single Locus, I D1 which I D1 may be not allele to the Tie 6915's sgene, I T1, After inoculation with different strains of SMV, the resistance to seedcoat mottling were controlled by different genes, I T1 and I T3, and they did not exist on same chromosome.
