增殖诱导配体在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达与临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨增殖诱导配体(APR IL)mRNA在非小细胞肺癌的表达及临床意义。方法:采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应技术检测肺癌组织、癌旁组织及正常肺组织标本中APR IL mRNA的表达情况,其结果与临床病理指标进行分析。结果:APR IL mRNA在肺癌组织中表达最高,癌旁组织次之,正常肺组织最低(P<0.05)。且APR IL mRNA表达水平与肿瘤细胞分化程度、淋巴结远处转移及TNM分期相关(P<0.05),但与患者的性别、年龄、肺癌肿块大小和病理细胞类型无关(P>0.05)。结论:APR IL在肺癌发生和促进其淋巴结远处转移的过程中具有重要功能。Objective：To explore the expression of APRILmRNA and its clinical significance in nonsmall - cell lung cancer. Methods ：Fluorescence quantitative PCR（ RFQ- PCR）was used to measure the APRILmRNA expression in the primary tumor tissues, para - cancer tissues and normal tissues, and to analyse their results and results clinical and pathological indexes. Results ：APRILmRNA expression level was the highest in the primary tumor tissues compared with the others, followed by para - cancer tissues, with normal tissues last （P 〈 O. 05 ）. And APRILmRNA expression level was closely associated with cell differentiation grade,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage of nonsmall -cell lung cancer（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but not with the tumour size,the pathological cell types or gender and age of patients （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： APRIL plays an important role in the malignant progression and lymph node metastasis of nonsmall - cell lung cancer.
