摘　　要：随着时代的发展,人们对健康的需求标准的改变,推动了医生职业道德的不断向前发展。可以说,现代医生的职业道德是以对现代人权的尊重为基础建立起来到具有浓重时代特色和社会属性的道德规范。它不但要与社会的发展相适应,而且还要紧紧跟上时代的脚步。这也就意味着需要我们医务工作者做许多的实际工作,其中包括:加强医患沟通的意识和能力;以病人为中心,全心全意为病人着想的基本宗旨;对医生权力控制这三个方面。With the progress of our times and health standard, the professional ethics of doctor is pushed forward continuously, Basing on the modem human rights, the doctors＇ professional ethics is considered as moral standard, which reflects the characteristics of our society and our times. It should follow the development of society as well as the steps of our times. And this means that doctors and the like should do more business in this field. Including the following points： strengthening the capability of communication between doctors and patients, taking patients into consideration wholeheartedly, restricting the power of the doctor, ect.
