低浓度低剂量平阳霉素局部注射治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨低浓度低剂量平阳霉素局部注射治疗血管瘤的疗效,以期降低常规浓度剂量所致不良反应的发生率.方法将平阳霉素8 mg＋生理盐水8～10 mL＋2%利多卡因2 mL稀释备用.每隔2周左右注射一次,每次剂量不超过4 mg,总剂量不超过20 mg. 结果 45例血管瘤患儿行低浓度低剂量平阳霉素局部注射后,治愈率82.0%,有效率100%.与常规浓度剂量疗效比较,差异无显著性,不良反应发生率低.结论低浓度低剂量平阳霉素局部注射在小儿血管瘤治疗中不但是有效的,而且更安全.笔者建议采用低浓度,总量控制,小剂量多次注射,间隔时间稍长的治疗方法.Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of local infection of low concentration and small dosage pingyangrnycin in children with hemangioma. Methods Pingyangmycin（8mg） was mixed with saline （8 - 10 mL）and 2% ledocaine（2mL） .The dosage of the drug was determined to use half of routine dose according to the child＇s age, the size and location of the hernangioma. Injection was administered every 2 weeks. The dosage every time was less than 4 mg and the total dosage was less than 20 mg. Results Forty - five cases of hemangioma were treated with low concentration pingyangmycin, The healing rate was 82, 2% and the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusions Local injection of low concentration and small dosage pingyangmycin is effective in treatment of hemangioma with little side effect. We suggest the administration of low concentration, small dose and long interval.
