大豆苷元抑菌活性的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:研究大豆苷元的抑菌活性。方法:通过滤纸片对大豆苷元进行了抑菌试验。结果:不同浓度的大豆苷元溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌有一定的抑菌效果,随着大豆苷元浓度的增加,其对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌作用增强,呈一定的剂量依赖性。但大豆苷元对痢疾杆菌却无抑菌效果。结论:大豆苷元溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌有显著的抑菌作用。Objective：study the antimicrobial activity of daidein. Methods：By filter paper method, antimicrobial activity of daidein of three kinds of concentrations were experimented. Results ： The result showed that daidein had antimicrohial activity to Staphylococcus aureus and eschefichia coll. With the increase of concentration of daidein, the antimicrobial activity to staphylococcus aureus and eseherichia coli also increased. But they had no antimicrohial activity to Dysentery bacilli. Conclusion：Daidein has remarkable antimicrohial activity to Staphylococcus aureus and escheriehia coli.
