摘　　要：简述了图书馆学科馆员制度的产生与发展,探讨了高职院校图书馆实施学科馆员制度的意义,介绍了学科馆员的职责,提出了在高职院校图书馆建立并实施学科馆员制度的策略。This paper expounds the emergence and development of the subject librarian system, discusses on the significance of earrying out the subject librarian system in the high-professional institute, and introduces the responsibilities of the subject librarian, and puts forward some strategies for establishing and carrying out the subject librarian system in the high-professional institute.
