改进的DOK模型对纵向BaFe硬磁盘剩磁性质的研究

摘　　要：利用改进的DOK模型模拟了纵向BaFe硬磁盘的磁滞回线、剩磁回线以及Henkel曲线,计算了它的剩磁矫顽力(Hr)、剩磁矫顽力方矩(Sr3)、剩磁开关场分布(SFDr)和剩磁回线的斜率(SP75)。模拟得到与实验结果符合得很好的磁滞回线,并且将纵向BaFe硬磁盘的Sr3、SFDr、SP75和Henkel曲线t与其它磁记录材料的相应参数做了比较。The hysteresis loop, the remanence hysteresis loop and the Henkel plot of a longitudinal barium ferrite （BaFe） hard disk were simulated by the improved DOK model. Simultaneously, the remanence coercivity （Hr）, the remanence squareness （St^＊）, the remanence switching field distribution （SFDr）, the slope of the remanence curve （SP75） were calculated. The simulated results were in good agreement with experiment results, and the remanenee parameters （such as Sr^＊, SFDr, SP75 and Henkel plot） of the longitudinal BaFe hard disk were compared with those of other magnetic recording media.
