摘　　要：目的研究肺癌组织中Stat3的表达并探讨其在肺癌中的生物学意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测54例肺癌和10例正常肺组织标本中Stat3蛋白的表达。结果Stat3蛋白在实验组中的阳性表达率为64.8%(35/54),对照组中无1例阳性表达,二者之间具有显著性差异(P<0.01);Stat3表达阳性率与组织学分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关(均P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小及组织学分型无关(均P>0.05)。结论Stat3的高表达可能在肺癌的发生发展中起重要作用;检测肺癌中Stat3的表达情况可作为判断其预后的参考指标。Objective To study the biological significance of the expression on Stat3 in lung cancer. Methods The expressions of Stat3 were detected in 54 lung cancer tissues by immunohistochemical method and 10 normal lung tissues as control. Results Stat3 protein was detectable in 64.8% of all 54 lung cancer and the expressions were all negative in the groups of control, the difference was significant （P〈0.01） ;the positive ratio of the expressions on Stat3 were significantly relate to histological differentiations,clinical stages and lymphoid metastasis of lung cancers （P 〈0.05）, but： had no significant rela tionship with sex,age,turnor sizes and histological classifications （P〉0.05,. Conclusions Over expression of Stat3 may play an important role in carcinogenesis and development of lung cancers;Star3 may be a new indicator of malignant behavior of lung cancers.
