氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸联合草酸铂治疗老年晚期胃癌的近期疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸联合草酸铂治疗老年晚期胃癌的近期疗效。方法对22例老年晚期胃癌患者采用氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸联合草酸铂治疗共51周期。结果完全缓解1例、部分缓解11例、无变化8例、进展2例,总有效率为54．5％;中位缓解期7mo,中位生存期12 mo,1 a生存率为51％;临床受益为20例(90．9％)。不良反应可耐受,经对症治疗后均好转;未发生因不良反应而终止治疗者,无相关死亡病例。结论氟尿嘧啶、亚叶酸联合草酸铂治疗老年晚期胃癌的效果较好,不良反应能耐受,可作为老年晚期胃癌的一线治疗方案。AIM To evaluate the short-term effect and toxicities on elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer treated with 5-fluorouracil（5-FU）and leucovorin（LV） combined with oxaliplatin. METHODS Twenty-two elderly patients of advanced gastric cancer were treated with 5-FU and LV combined with oxaliplatin for 51 cycles. RESULTS There were 1 complete remission, 11 partial remission, 8 no change, 2 progression of disease after treatment and the overall response rate was 54.5 % （12/22）. The median alleviative time was 7 too, the median survival time was 12 mo and the one-year survival rate was 51%, 20 （ 90.9 % ） patients benefited from this method. The adverse drug reactions （ADRs） were all tolerable which alleviated by active therapy. There was no death and nobody stopped chemotherapy because of ADRs. CONCLUSION This regimen to treat advanced gastric cancers in elderly patients is certainly effective and tolerable to ADRs. This chemotherapy will be used as the first-line regimen in more elderly patients of advanced gastric cancer.
