摘　　要：通过对100多年前“中学为体,西学为用”变革的反思,结合当前体育课程改革中出现的问题,指出在当前的改革过程中,依然存在着“体”与“用”的问题,只有解决好这个问题,体育课程改革才能顺利进行。More than 100 years ago, ＂the Chinese knowledge as the bed, the western learning for uses＂transformation was reconsidered, the union current sports curriculum to reform the question which appears, points out in current reform process, still has ＂the hody＂and ＂uses＂problem, only has solved this problem in PE curriculum reforms, then can it smoothly carried on.
