腮腺混合瘤97例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腮腺混合瘤临床诊断、手术方法及术后并发症的防治。方法回顾分析我科1999年10月至2005年10月6年间诊治的腮腺混合瘤患者97例,总结临床资料、手术方法及术后并发症的防治。结果97例患者中术后复发6例,暂时性面瘫15例,永久性面瘫1例,术后出现涎腺瘘11例,发生耳颞神经综合征5例,术区麻木4例。结论腮腺混合瘤临床表现多样,根据B超、造影及CT片可初步明确诊断。术前根据肿瘤部位及患者年龄大小,设计合理的手术方案,术中仔细轻柔操作,可明显降低术后并发症。Objective To discuss clinical diagnosis and the methods of operation, and prevention and treatment of complications occurred after the surgery of mixed tumor of parotid gland. Methods We retrospectively analyzed and summarized clinical data, operative ways and prevention and treatment of post - operation complications of 97 cases with mixed tumor of parotid gland diagnosed from Oct, 1999 to Oct, 2005. Results There were 6 cases with recurrence, 15 with temporary facial paralysis, 11 with fistula of salivary gland and 5 with auriculolemporal syndrome. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of mixed tumor of parotid gland were various. Primary diagnosis can be ruade accordiag to ultrasonic B and CT and reasonable operation plans was then designed according to tumor sites and ages before operation. Soft operations during surgery can obviously reduce the incidence of post - complications.
