摘　　要：开创电大科研工作的新局面,保持电大发展的原动力,必须确立科研工作在电大教育发展中的地位。教育学科科研的重点应放在应用研究上。创新是科研的灵魂。坚持自主创新,是电大教育持续发展的必然选择,在弱势中突破重点,在挑战中开拓新路,这应是电大科研自主创新的关键。To open a new complexion of scientific research and keep the prime mover for Radio TV universities, the status of scientific research work must be established during the development of Radio TV universities＇ education. The emphasis of scientific research of education subject should be focused on applied research. Innovation is the soul of scientific research. Persisting in independent innovation is the inevitable choice for continuable development of Radio ＆ TV universities. The key of the independent innovation of scientific research of Radio ＆ TV universities should be breaking through obstacles in disadvantages and developing new ways in the challenge.
