阿莫西林等联合治疗胃炎及胃十二指肠溃疡的观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿莫西林、珍珠层粉等联合治疗胃炎及胃十二指肠溃疡的疗效。方法:采用抗菌消炎等中西医结合治疗14例胃炎及胃十二指肠溃疡,并进行疗效观察。结果:胃镜复查3例证明溃疡愈合,其他9例不愿做胃镜复查自觉无疼痛且2年未复发,认作痊愈,治愈率85.71%;无效2例,占14.29%。结论:阿莫西林、珍珠层粉等联合治疗胃炎及胃十二指肠溃疡疗效显著,是治疗胃炎及胃十二指肠溃疡较理想的方案。Objective： To explore the curative effects of Amoxicillin combined mainly with pearl layer powder in the treatment of gastritis and gastroduodenal ulcer. Methods： A therapeutic approach of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine was used for anti - bacteria and diminishing inflammation in the treatment of 14 cases of gastritis and gastro - duodenal ulcer. Resullts： Healing of ulcer in 3 cases was confirmed through gastroscopy in follow- up examinations, and 9 other cases who were unwilling to receive gastroscopic re - examinations had no longer felt any pain for two years and were considered to have recovered from the morbid conditions.The above 12 cases accounted for 85.71 %. 2（ 14.29% ）of the 14 cases were ineffective in the treatment. Conclusions：The combination of Amoxilline with pearl layer powder in the treatment of gastritis and gastro-duodenal ulcer shows a marked curative effect and is therefore a desirable method of treatment.
